Before physical fabric is cut, the garment is simulated in 3D. Fit, drape and proportion are reviewed on virtual avatars — decisions made in days, not weeks.

Sampling

Physical prototypes bring the digital work into the room. Toiles and first samples are produced, evaluated and refined until the garment is right.

Production

Approved samples are handed to production with a complete, unambiguous technical package. Manufacturing runs are managed by our team from cut to finish.

Quality Control

Every unit is inspected against the approved sample. Nothing leaves the studio without meeting the standard the collection was built to.
